Let Go And Live Fully In The Moment
Never despair, never give up. Take that next step in faith. You do not have to look too far ahead. You can only take one step at a time, you can only do one thing at a time. What a lot of stress and strain would be removed when you fully accept this and cease looking too far ahead, and are simply willing to let go and live fully in the moment. Strain comes when you start looking and planning too far ahead and you become frustrated when things don't work out as you feel they ought to. Life is what you make it. Learn to laugh at obstacles and seeming setbacks, see the bright side at all times and
never allow anything to get you down. Realise there is a silver lining to every dark cloud and look for that and you will find it. Keep on raising your consciousness into those higher realms, higher and higher; the higher you go the greater the Light and the wider the outlook. You can see things in their true perspective and do not become immersed in small pettinesses and irritations, which can so easily beset you if you allow them to and do not rise above them.

One of the co-founders of the Findhorn Community, Eileen Caddy, received guidance from the "still, small voice within" and shared it with the community for more than 40 years until she passed away in 2006. We continue this tradition as her guidance is as relevant today as it was when she received it.
