Every Lesson That Is Learnt And Learnt Well Is Never A Waste Of Time
Never be afraid to make a mistake, but if you do, learn from your mistake and be determined never to make that same mistake again. Everyone makes mistakes or makes a wrong decision sometime or other, so never feel you are the only one and shrink into a corner with shame. Face your mistake, Say you are sorry and really mean it, feel the spirit of forgiveness, learn by it and move on to higher and better things. Never wallow in self pity and shame or you will be no good to yourself or anyone else, and I cannot use you when you are in that state, so change and change
quickly. Every lesson that is learnt and learnt well is never a waste of time. It is another step forward on that upward spiritual path and something to be eternally grateful for.

One of the co-founders of the Findhorn Community, Eileen Caddy, received guidance from the "still, small voice within" and shared it with the community for more than 40 years until she passed away in 2006. We continue this tradition as her guidance is as relevant today as it was when she received it.
