Dear Friends,

We have been committed to transforming the ‘hard ground’ – of Covid closures, the fires in The Park last year and all the associated difficulties – into nourishing soil, ready for a new cycle of growth. This year is a year of celebration – that of the Community’s 60th year and the Foundation’s 50th – and we are so happy to be watering many new green shoots, from rebuilding our teams, to creating new partnerships and offering an ever-growing programme of new workshops, retreats and courses!

Our vision is to connect people consciously, all over the world. During the past six months, that has culminated in the launch of several online experiences. Over 3000+ of you have visited our Zoom rooms – there have been aha moments, and profound changes.

We have been holding a number of retreats and programmes at Cluny, including our popular Findhorn Experience Weeks, which has proven over many years to be a wonderfully supportive place for folk who may be at a crossroads to help discover their next steps. There has also been a lot of interest in our new planned retreats – more in a future newsletter. We are working hard to cultivate Cluny's energy field and to rebuild systems, and I am so happy to see that the Cluny Sanctuary has just reopened with a regular schedule of Taize singing and meditation for the community, coworkers and guests!

We are continuing to develop partnerships: online, with our wellbeing and social inclusion projects at Cullerne, as well as with our immediate Community, for example the New Sanctuary project. The Foundation is working in partnership with a well-represented community committee to raise the funds needed to build the New Main Sanctuary in The Park, Findhorn – which will be owned by a community organisation.

Thank you to all of you who joined us for the Foundation’s 50th birthday celebrations on 9 May, both in the Hall and online and thank you for all your lovely messages and blessings!

We are standing in unity and co-creation in a new garden of opportunity, wherever we are in the world. We appreciate every single way that you connect with us – co-creating and nourishing a better world, for yourselves, your families and the world.

May the green shoots in your life be nourished and grow into full beauty and presence.

Spiritual Psychology Essentials – 29 June–31 August 2022

Spiritual Psychology Essentials is a standalone programme for anyone interested in deepening their own transformation. The course is also a prerequisite to enter stage two of the Psychosynthesis Trust’s Foundation Certificate in Psychosynthesis.

Hinterland wild camping: biodiversity – 10-12 June

Trauma-Informed leadership – 21-24 June

Facilitated by Robin Alfred & Kosha Joubert. Together, we will cultivate compassion and spaciousness, allowing us to respond more effectively to symptoms of stress and moments of challenge. With Robin Alfred and Kosha Joubert. A Findhorn International Centre for Sustainability (FICS) event.

Permaculture Design Certificate – 25 June to 8 July

Learn practices and design skills on this course that’s certified by the UK Permaculture Association. Also from 27 August to 9 September.

Game of Transformation – 27 June to 1 July

Come and play this original version of the Game with two guides and just five players to understand and transform key life issues. More dates from July to October.

Take a shortcut to the essence of your life, by playing this original version of the Game of Transformation. More dates from August to October.

The Nature Spirits are all around you, softly whispering in your ear, caressing your cheek and wrapping you in their love. Annabelle, a participant on our Coming Back to the Land course, spent time with Karen, Cluny garden focaliser, learning about energies and Nature Spirits. They communed with the Corkscrew Hazel tree in Cluny garden, asking for permission to capture the energies. Annabelle used a vintage Bolex camera to capture the essence of the garden and hopefully some Nature Spirits as well.
