Changes Deep Within You Will Come Forth At The Right Time
You have within you all health, all power, all wisdom, all knowledge, but you have to learn how to use those gifts of the Spirit wisely, or they can turn sour on you and poison your whole being. Recognise these gifts of the Spirit and never take them for granted and give constant thanks for them. Never cease to give thanks for all that is happening to you at this time. You may think things are at a stand still, but I assure you all is growing all the time. Changes are taking place deep within you, which will come forth at the right time.

One of the co-founders of the Findhorn Community, Eileen Caddy, received guidance from the "still, small voice within" and shared it with the community for more than 40 years until she passed away in 2006. We continue this tradition as her guidance is as relevant today as it was when she received it.
